We want you to feel confident with your Dear Deci purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.
Return Policy
You may return your order within 14 days after receiving it. Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags, dust bags and packaging included. We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, damage or use.
How to Return
To start a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number and email address. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive further instructions.
Refunds
After we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
